KBToysverse Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your order. Because many of our items are part of limited production releases, we’ve outlined the following policy to keep things fair and consistent for all collectors.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the limited and collectible nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind
  • ordering errors
  • missed releases

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • photos of the item and packaging

We will review and, if approved, offer:

  • a replacement (if available), or
  • a refund

📭 Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • please check with household members and neighbors
  • contact your local carrier

If the issue cannot be resolved, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help on a case-by-case basis.


💳 Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • approved damaged/defective items
  • orders we are unable to fulfill

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.


⏳ Pre-Orders

For pre-order items:

  • all sales are final
  • estimated timelines are provided but may vary

If there is a significant delay or issue with fulfillment, we will communicate updates and options.


🎟️ Special Inserts & Variants

Certain items may include special inserts, variations, or surprises.

These are part of the collectible experience and:

  • are not guaranteed
  • are not grounds for return or exchange
