A Guide to Shopping a KBToysverse Mini Bucket Pre-Sale
Pre-sales allow us to create new Mini Bucket designs while giving our collectors and Substack community first access to upcoming releases.
Unlike an in-stock product, a pre-sale item is purchased before production and fulfillment are complete. There will be some waiting involved—but we'll keep you informed as your Mini Bucket makes its way from production to Store #0323-S and ultimately to your collection.

⭐ How Early Access Works
Founding Members and Paid Subscribers receive our earliest shopping access, followed by Free Subscribers and then the general public.
Before your shopping window opens, we'll email the Red 2.0 access link to the email address associated with your Substack subscription.
If you don't see the email, please check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
Remember: Your early-access window determines when you may begin shopping. Purchase limits continue to apply throughout the entire pre-sale.
🛒 A Quick Note About the Product Pages
If you visit the Red 2.0 product pages before your access window opens, you may see a “Sold Out” message.
Don't worry—the items are not sold out.
This is related to how Shopify manages inventory for our scheduled pre-sale access windows.
Once your pre-sale window begins, inventory will be activated and the Add to Cart button will automatically become available.

🎟️ Understanding Purchase Limits
Purchase limits help us give as many members of the KBToysverse community as possible an opportunity to participate in the Red 2.0 pre-sale.
These purchase limits are in place during the Red 2.0 pre-sale only.
Individual Buckets and Launch Day Sets Have Separate Limits
Purchasing your maximum number of Individual Mini Buckets does not reduce the number of Launch Day Sets you may purchase, and vice versa.
Example
If your tier permits 5 Individual Mini Buckets and 5 Launch Day Sets, you may purchase all 5 Individual Mini Buckets and all 5 Launch Day Sets.
Multiple Orders Do Not Reset Your Limit
You may place more than one order during the pre-sale, but your purchase limit applies to the entire event, not to each individual transaction.
Before fulfillment, we review pre-sale orders to make sure purchases remain within the applicable limits. Multiple orders placed by the same customer or household may be combined when determining the total quantity purchased.
IMPORTANT
If an order—or combination of orders—exceeds the maximum quantity permitted for your access tier without prior approval, we reserve the right to amend or cancel the affected order(s) and refund any applicable amount.
🎁 Ordering Mini Buckets as Gifts
We know some collectors purchase Mini Buckets for friends and family.
If you need more than your normal purchase limit because you're buying gifts, please contact us before placing the additional order.
We'll review the request and, when inventory allows, may approve an additional quantity.
We'd much rather work with you than have an order unexpectedly exceed the event limits.
📦 Can You Combine Multiple Orders?
Usually, yes.
If you place multiple orders during the pre-sale, contact us with your order numbers and we'll see whether they can be combined for shipment.
When combining orders keeps the shipment within the same shipping-rate threshold, we'll combine the packages and refund the applicable duplicate shipping charge.
If the combined shipment moves into a higher shipping-rate threshold, we'll calculate the appropriate shipping adjustment rather than refunding the entire second shipping charge.
Because package sizes and order combinations vary, combined shipping cannot be guaranteed in every situation.
🚢 What Happens After the Pre-Sale?
Once the Red 2.0 pre-sale closes, we'll finalize the production order with our manufacturer.

Based on our manufacturer's current production and shipping estimates, we anticipate Red 2.0 arriving at Store #0323-S in early November, with customer fulfillment beginning shortly thereafter.
We'll keep you updated along the way.
A Note About Estimated Dates
Manufacturing schedules, international freight, customs processing and other factors outside our direct control can affect the timeline. Estimated arrival and fulfillment dates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
📧 How Will I Know When My Order Ships?
Once Red 2.0 arrives at Store #0323-S, we'll receive and inspect the shipment before customer fulfillment begins.
When your package is prepared for shipment, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please make sure the email address associated with your Shopify order is correct and that you are able to receive store notifications.
And once again: check those spam and promotions folders!
🔄 Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your Red 2.0 pre-sale order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests received before the Red 2.0 pre-sale closes on September 25 will be eligible for a refund.
Once the pre-sale closes and our production order is submitted, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may not be available.
Need to correct a shipping address, quantity or another order detail? Contact us and we'll do our best to help before fulfillment begins.
If a significant production or shipping delay changes the fulfillment expectations communicated at the time of purchase, we'll provide updated information and any options available to affected customers.
🏷️ Will Red 2.0 Be Available After the Pre-Sale?
Yes, additional Red 2.0 inventory is planned.
We've reserved a specific quantity of Red 2.0 for this pre-sale so our collectors and Substack community have an opportunity to secure theirs during the launch.
Once the pre-sale allocation is reached—or the pre-sale closes on September 25—the pre-sale event will end.
Additional Red 2.0 inventory is planned for the future, but availability and timing may vary.
Future inventory will not necessarily include the special items, promotions or experiences created specifically for the original Red 2.0 pre-sale event.
The Mini Bucket isn't going away—the pre-sale experience is limited.

No. Red 2.0 is a pre-sale item. Production begins following the pre-sale event.
The items are not sold out. Before your scheduled access window, Shopify may display a “Sold Out” message because inventory has not yet been activated for your pre-sale window. Once your access window begins, the Add to Cart button will become available.
