Your Quick Guide to the Red 2.0 Pre-Sale
Red 2.0 is a pre-sale release. That means you're reserving your Mini Bucket before production and fulfillment are complete. We'll keep you updated as Red 2.0 makes its way from production to Store #0323-S and ultimately to your collection.

⭐ Getting Access
Founding Members and Paid Subscribers shop first, followed by Free Subscribers and then the general public.
Before your window opens, we'll send your Red 2.0 access link to the email address associated with your Substack subscription. If you don't see it, check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
🛒 Seeing “Sold Out” Before Your Window?
Don't worry! If you visit the Red 2.0 product pages before your access window begins, Shopify may temporarily display Sold Out.
That doesn't mean the pre-sale inventory is gone. Once your shopping window opens, the appropriate inventory will become available.

The Mini Bucket is the collectible. The Launch Day Set remembers the day it arrived in the toy aisle.
🎟️ Pre-Sale Purchase Limits
To help give more collectors an opportunity to participate, purchase limits apply during the Red 2.0 pre-sale.
Individual Mini Buckets and Launch Day Sets have separate purchase limits. For example, if you are a Paid Subscriber, you may place an order for 5 individual mini buckets and 5 launch day sets.
🚢 What Happens After I Order?
Based on our manufacturer's current production and shipping estimates, we anticipate Red 2.0 arriving at Store #0323-S in early November 2026, with customer fulfillment beginning shortly thereafter.
Manufacturing schedules, international freight, customs processing and other factors can affect the timeline. Estimated arrival and fulfillment dates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
📧 How Will I Know When My Order Ships?
Once Red 2.0 reaches Store #0323-S, we'll receive and inspect the shipment before fulfillment begins.
When your package is packed and ready to leave the store, Shopify will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please make sure the email address on your Shopify order is correct—and remember to check your spam and promotions folders.
📦 Placed More Than One Order?
We can usually combine multiple orders when they haven't entered fulfillment yet.
Contact us with your order numbers. If the combined shipment remains within the same shipping-rate threshold, we'll refund the applicable duplicate shipping charge. If it moves into a higher shipping tier, we'll adjust the shipping amount accordingly.
Because order combinations and package sizes vary, combined shipping cannot be guaranteed.
🔄 Changes & Cancellations
If you need to correct an address, quantity or another order detail, contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests received before the Red 2.0 pre-sale closes on September 25 are eligible for a refund.
Once the pre-sale closes and our production order is submitted, customer-requested cancellations and refunds will no longer be available.
If a significant production or shipping delay changes the fulfillment expectations communicated at the time of purchase, we'll provide updated information and any options available to affected customers.
🏷️ Will Red 2.0 Be Available Again?
Yes. Additional Red 2.0 inventory is planned.
A specific quantity has been reserved for this pre-sale so collectors and our Substack community have an opportunity to secure Red 2.0 during the launch.
Future inventory may not include the special items, promotions or experiences created specifically for the original pre-sale.

Is Red 2.0 in stock now?
No. Red 2.0 is a pre-sale item. Production begins following the pre-sale.
When is Red 2.0 expected to arrive?
Our current estimate is early November 2026 at Store #0323-S, with customer fulfillment beginning shortly thereafter.
Can I buy both versions?
Yes. Individual Mini Buckets and Launch Day Sets are separate products with separate pre-sale purchase limits.
Can I order more than once?
Yes, as long as your total combined order totals are within the store's applicable purchase limits. This applies to multiple orders during the pre-sale window only.
Will I receive updates?
Yes. We'll share important production and shipping updates as Red 2.0 makes its way to Store #0323-S.
